We can make this type of pedestal to any height. This is our standard dimensional size. The outside body measures 11.5" x 11.5" and a lighted display area is 10" x 10". The pedestal also has a optional floor foot switch or a rocker switch, that are put on the backside where the cord comes out. The top easily comes off to reveal a standard base socket, sometimes referred to as a medium base. This type of base has the most options available. We recommend a spiral florescent bulb either a daylight or soft white. Which have the best lighting spectrum for statues and art works. We do not recommend using a incandescent as they get too hot. The color spectrum is more read as well. When you get your pedestal it will come with a spiral florescent daylight bulb.

Our lighted pedestals are manufactured in-house. The standard colors are black and white laminate. The other colors you see here, where custom made for customers. If you would like another color of laminate for your pedestal. Please let us know and we will be glad to help you find color that suits your needs. There is an additional charge to special order laminate other than the stock colors. The laminate is sold by the sheet, which runs about $100 and up. Depending on the laminate you choose. This will also increase the production time. All of our pedestals are made from MDF or equivalent. All joints in our pedestals are dado or rabbit type of joints. This is the best type of joint you can get that will ensure that it's a good solid piece. We can make just about any size and shape of pedestal you would like.
