Pieta Bronze Sculpture

A beautiful portrayal of Michelangelo's Pieta. Captures the time when Jesus was taken off the cross and Mary his mother help Christ in her arms. This is a true bronze made from the lost wax method and is mounted on a marble base. A wonderful piece to display. This sculpture can be displayed outdoors but it will begin to age like a natural bronze does. Over the years if left outdoors it will change to the traditional green bronze patina finish on its own. Some people prefer this look over the other patina that it has now. A nice quality piece of artwork.
